Your website will be one of millions on the internet. As search engines are important, the best way to be found by search engines is to keep your site up-to-date and relevant.  Be wary of anyone telling you that they can get you to teh top of Google - they will be calling hundreds of similar businesses - how can everyone be top?

Keep it up to date!
How often do you go to a website and it says last updated June 2005? or, Summer offer, but its Winter now? It doesn't take much effort to keep it up to date and an out of date website is like the run down shop on the outskirts of a town centre, no-one goes there.

Why you?
Tell visitors what your best bits are. Point visitors to them, don't make it hard for visitors to find out what you do. Keep it Simple!

Offline promotion
Tell everyone, include your website address on all your stationery, vans, t-shirts ... everywhere. Still advertise with printed material but include your website address, better still make the first page they visit teh same as the advert that they found you at. Visitor scan be sure they have got to the right place then!

Whizzy stuff
If you have too much going on things whizzing around teh screen you could be distracting visitors from the message. We truly believe in simple effective websites.
